“Purchasing a condominium in Long Beach in 2004 could have been difficult without the help of Brian Griffith and his company of assistants. Working entirely through FAX and phone, we were able to manage this purchase. Brian was referred to me by my daughter who lives in Long Beach and who had worked with Brian on another project. It was a satisfactory arrangement to say the least.

In 2005, as I approached financing an addition to my Shaver Lake home I again asked Brian for assistance in refinancing the condominium. He worked hard on a program. Unexpected funds from a sale allowed me to pay off the condo and to pay for most of the addition. This year, with a slight overrun in expenses in Shaver Lake, I turned to Brian again to consolidate my expenses through a small mortgage on the condo which he and his staff were able to arrange with satisfactory terms and again using only the FAX and telephone and emails. That is what I call both convenience and competence. I am very pleased to have had his help through all of these endeavors. His staff was diligent, helpful, and accommodating. The experience was rewarding for me.”
